We believe that adults should have access to valuable education, and be able to develop their professional potential, without having to miss a lot of work, or use up all of their vacation days! For this reason, our program conveniently meets eight weekends a year, from October to June.
All weekends are held in New York City, with field trips throughout the metro area. We are strong believers that, in order to understand ecological design, students must pursue their learning in both in the classroom and "out in the field."
The weekend class times are Saturday and Sunday from 10 am to 6 pm. In this way, you will still have time on weekend nights to relax before the next "school day."
The weekend training contains a combination of lectures, presentations, field trips, and on-site consultations. In order to make the learning process practical and “alive”, the weekends include different aspects of "hands on" work.
